Due to hygiene reasons, all period products are final sale. However, if you receive a damaged item or the wrong size, we’ll absolutely make it right. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery.

Yes—we recommend wearing them for up to 13 hours, depending on your flow. Try them at home first to find your personal comfort zone and see what works best for your body.
Yes! (Though it’s totally optional.) Our leggings work beautifully as backup protection if you’re using a tampon, cup, or disc—especially on heavier days. But even without any of those, we’ve got you covered. You’ll stay dry and leak-free all day long.
Nope. Our fabric is breathable and odor-resistant. As long as you wash them properly, there should be no lingering smell!
Yes—our materials are selected with comfort and skin sensitivity in mind. No harmful chemicals here.

We recommend air drying to preserve the absorbency and lifespan—but if you’re in a rush, tumble dry low (just not too often).
It depends on your flow and cycle length. Most people start with 3–5 pairs and build from there.

We don’t offer traditional exchanges (since returns aren't accepted), but we want you to feel amazing in your V Wear. If you ordered the wrong size, shoot us a message. We’ll work with you to find a solution—whether that’s a one-time courtesy replacement or sizing credit (case by case).
We can only help with sizing issues if:

Pre-order and back-ordered items will ship according to the estimated timelines listed at checkout. Delays may occur—we’ll keep you informed if anything changes.

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery errors. That said—email us and we’ll help however we can.
